Our policy for refunds and course cancellations

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all courses if you're not satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content
  • You must provide a valid reason for your refund request

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • After 14 days from the purchase date
  • If you've completed more than 30% of the course
  • If you've downloaded substantial course materials
  • Duplicate purchases (contact us for account credit instead)

Job Guarantee Program

For students enrolled in our Job Guarantee Program, the following additional terms apply:

Refund Eligibility

  • You must complete all course requirements
  • You must actively apply for jobs (minimum 10 applications/week)
  • You must participate in all career coaching sessions
  • Refund requests must be made within 6 months of course completion

Non-Qualifying Situations

  • Turning down suitable job offers
  • Not applying for recommended positions
  • Failing to complete course assignments

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at refunds@futurecodemasters.com with your purchase details
  2. Include your reason for requesting a refund
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment at any time:

  • Before course access is granted: Full refund
  • Within 14 days of access: Partial refund per above policy
  • After 14 days: No refund, but access remains available
